Human Resource
Business Partner (HRBP)
Dubai

The HRBP would report directly to the CEO. They are
currently a team of 100 employees & have plans to double+ this figure within the
next 3 years. Experience in growing a team of 50+ employees within an SME
Organisation is essential for this role! Experience with Topgrading Hiring
methodology will be highly advantageous.
 
A bit about what you will do:

• Strategic Alignment –
  Collaborate with L1 leaders and management to understand business goals and
  objectives
• Culture Building – Actively
  contribute to building and sustaining a positive organizational culture
  aligned with organization’s core values.
• Develop and implement talent
  acquisition strategies to attract and retain skilled team members
  
• Address and resolve employee

  management processes to evaluate employee performance and drive continuous
  improvement
• Identify training needs and

• Automate HR function with
  necessary software function that is within budget and helps organization
  scale to the next level

What we are looking
for:

• Minimum 5 years+ HRBP experience within the manufacturing
  industry 
• Solid experience in scaling up an SME Organisation by 30+
  employees
• Degree in HR – Masters would be very
  advantageous
• Proven record of improving talent; Topgrading experience
  highly desirable
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to
  effectively convey HR policies, procedures, and information to employees and
  management
• Familiarity with ERP/HRMS and proficiency in MS Office
  Suite

Business Development Manager in Dubai

A leader in creating urban environments for Large Corporate Organisations in Dubai &
Saudi is looking for an experienced Sales / BDM to join their team ASAP!

The Business Development team is all-female, therefore a female would be best suited to this
role.

Client base will predominantly be based in Saudi Arabia. Therefore, ability to travel to KSA
for Client meetings essential.

Solid experience in Business Development & Sales within the High-End Furniture; Design
or Luxury Property industry at Corporate C-Suite level is essential.

The role:

– Look after key multinational Clients in KSA & Dubai

– Expanding market presence & fostering strategic partnerships with Clients for large
projects at C-Suite level

– Identifying new business opportunities at all times

– Collaborating closely with the product development team & ensuring continued customer
satisfaction

– Drive revenue growth by cross-selling & upselling whilst delivering impeccable client
service

You will bring the following:

– 6 Years + experience in BDM / Sales position gained in interior; design or similar industry
in Dubai and Saudi

– Proven experience in sales with large Organizations at Corporate C-Suite level

– Consistently high performer with proven track record of growth in Sales role

– Completed Degree in Sales or Business – Masters would be advantageous

– Excellent communication skills in English
